摘要： Pancreaticductaladenocarcinomaisahighlyaggressivetumorwithanoverall5-yearsurvivalrateoflessthan5%.Prognosisandtreatmentdependonwhetherthetumorisresectableornot,whichmostlydependsonhowquicklythediagnosisismade.Chemotherapyandradiotherapycanbebothusedincasesofnonresectablepancreaticcancer.Incasesofpancreaticneoplasmthatislocallyadvanced,non-resectable,butnon-metastatic,itispossibletoapplypercutaneoustreatmentsthatareabletoinducetumorcytoreduction.Theaimofthisarticlewillbetodescribethemultiplecurrentlyavailabletreatmenttechniques(radiofrequencyablation,microwaveablation,cryoablation,andirreversibleelectroporation),theirresults,andtheirpossiblecomplications,withtheaidofaliteraturereview. （共13頁）
