摘要: OBJECTIVE:Toinvestigatetheneuraldifferentiationcapacityofwaterextractionofvelvetantler.METHODS:Velvetantler(CervusNipponTemminck)polypeptide(VAP)wasusedtodifferentiateneuralstemcells(NSCs)towardsneuronsinthestudy.Firstly,weobtainthepolypeptidesofVAPbywaterextraction.Secondly,weobservedthemorphology,assayedthefactorsinthemediabyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,anddetectedthespecialneuralmoleculesbyimmunofluorescencestaining.NSCswereculturedonthecellclimbingfilm.Afterneuronaldifferentiation,differentiatedNSCsweremountedforimmunocytochemistrywithimmunofluorescencetechnique.RESULTS:Thedifferentiatingcellslooklikeneuron,somespecialfactors,suchasGlialcellline-derivedneurotrophicfactor,nervegrowthfactor,inthemediacanbedetectedwhiledifferentiatedneuron-likecellscanexpressthespecialneuralmolecules.CONCLUSION:DifferentiationofNSCstowardsneuronscanbeinducedbyvelvetantlerpolypeptide.
