無(wú)壓兩步燒結(jié)法制備超細(xì)晶(Ce_(0.2)Nd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Y_(0.2))2Zr2O7高熵陶瓷

摘要: 超細(xì)晶高熵陶瓷具有優(yōu)異的機(jī)械及物理化學(xué)性能。然而,由于燒結(jié)后期晶粒的快速長(zhǎng)大,使得超細(xì)晶高熵陶瓷的常規(guī)無(wú)壓燒結(jié)制備非常困難。采用兩步燒結(jié)法,克服了無(wú)壓燒結(jié)致密化過程中晶粒的快速長(zhǎng)大,成功制備了理論密度為99.0%、晶粒尺寸為162 nm的(Ce_(0.2)Nd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Y_(0.2))
