角秒級(jí)定位精度氣浮轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)方法研究

摘要: 為實(shí)現(xiàn)氣浮轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)角秒級(jí)定位精度,基于20組驅(qū)動(dòng)器經(jīng)驗(yàn)參數(shù)及其定位精度數(shù)據(jù),采用改進(jìn)粒子群算法和BP (back propagation)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。該方法以粒子群優(yōu)化神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)混沌映射提高粒子位置隨機(jī)性,引入萊維飛行策略防止局部最優(yōu);構(gòu)建氣浮轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)優(yōu)化對(duì)比試驗(yàn),經(jīng)驗(yàn)法整定后轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)定位精度為±6.91″,優(yōu)化整定后轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)定位精度為±2.27″,提...
